This workshop identifies the similarities and differences between writing features and shorts, examines the dynamic structure that is specific to short form storytelling, and offers techniques that will help you write an award-winning short.

March 2012 :: Great news! Sandra Salas was named SWIBA Entrepreneur of the Year - Creative Arts & Media Winner for the GGP produced film Recovering Irma 

February 2012 :: Sandra Salas, was named a SWIBA Award Finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year – Creative Arts & Media for the GGP produced film Recovering Irma. 

January 2012 :: Our documentary film Recovering Irma is a finalist for the Tribeca Films Heineken Voces Grant

September 2011 :: Our documentary film Recovering Irma has been selected as a NALIP LAMP Project. Over the next year NALIP will engage industry professionals to consult on our film.

July 2011 :: Recovering Irma has been granted a HBO/NALIP LPA Fellowship. This means, writer/director Sandra Salas will be headed to Santa Fe, NM for a ten-day professional development program to workshop the film.
